Wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and dear friend, Judy Ann Bankhead Brunson, was born February 11, 1943 in Moab, Utah, to Lloyd Maurice Bankhead and Lillian Irene Bailey. She married her sweetheart, Kent LaMar Brunson, on April 10, 1970, in the Salt Lake Temple. Together, they raised five children: Kent L. (Karen) Brunson, Jr., Shawn D. (Jenn) Brunson, Andrea L. Brunson, Marche L. (Steve) Bergen, and Jared W. (Colleen) Brunson. Judy resided in the Oracle and San Manuel, Arizona community since 1974. She was a faithful and diligent member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Over the years she served in Primary, as a Cub Scout leader, secretary in the Relief Society, and as Compassionate Service Leader, to name just a few. She was also devoted to her family. Although the majority of her life was spent at home raising her children, she had also worked as a PBX Operator at Primary Children's Medical Center, a Lab Tech, Nurse's Aide, AVON Sales Representative, and as a Ticket Sales Agent for the Utah Theater. Judy is survived by her Eternal Companion; their five children; 16 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, with a third on the way; and sister, Madonna Jean (Verl) Solt. She is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Joseph Lloyd Bankhead. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 30, 2014, 11:00 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 S.
