Julius Lorenzo Takahalua Samuelu Faifili, born March 9, 1983, at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.
At the age of 40 he was called back home to our Father in Heaven on July 6th, 2023. Renzo was greeted home by his grandparents, Fa'aleava Gago & Puaolele Ti'a Gago; Tufuolemata'afa Failfili Nunu & Manu'atele Moaaliitele Failfili Nunu; many Aunties, Uncles & cousins who had gone before him.
Renzo is the son of Samuelu Faifili & Thelma Gago Faifili. He is the oldest of 8 and survived by 3 sisters, Berlin (Joseph)- 7 children, Mayson, Makayla, Jolynn, Marilynn, Manu, Aubrey & Kalyse; sisters Lilah & Daphne; 4 brothers, Nathan, Sam, Joey & Samson (Kaila)-Son, Liam.
Renzo graduated from Kahuku High School, Class of 2001 and was a proud RED RAIDER & also very proud to be from LAIE.
Renzo later served a 2 year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, in Cincinnati, Ohio back in 2005.
He had worked many different jobs, but his favorite one was working at the Polynesian Cultural Center in the food and beverage Department. He was always dependable and committed to being a hard worker. He loved doing service for anyone that needed help and he did it with a smile on his face.
Renzo has been in and out of the hospital since he was 12 years old. Even through all his trials he was selfless and never thought about himself, but always wanted to make sure everyone else was ok.
Renzo will be remembered for his bravery, his loyalty, his strength and for being humble and kind. He was a leader in our family that everyone would look to for guidance and direction for anything in life and had the biggest heart, and loved everyone he met.
Renzo loved his niece's and nephew's, but especially his niece's Aubrey & Kalyse. They always made his day anytime they would visit him. He always believed in Family First, so he made sure to help his parents & to always take care of his siblings before anything. He loved all his Aunties, Uncles & Cousins, so for him, any time with family was cherished.
He was a respected Leader in our family & will be missed, but we know that through the Plan of Salvation, we are able to see him again.
We would like to express our gratitude to all those who have shown love & support to our family & to anyone that Renzo knew that had blessed his life in any way, your presence was everything to him. Thank you.
