June Hunsaker Richards

June H. Richards, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away surrounded by her loving family at the age of 91 on January 10, 2017. She was sealed to her husband in 2010, and was active in many church callings throughout her life. When she was first married, she worked at Hill Air Force Base as the first girl hired to work on repairing B 24's during WWII. In her later years, she was active in the Kearns Senior Citizen Center singing in the choir and playing in the Harmonica group. She is preceded in death by husband Dale J.; and daughter Deanna (John) Hansen. Surviving children: Dale (Claudia), Sandra (Bruce) Barnett, Lane (Marilyn), Scott (Christy), Steve (Lillian). Mom has many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 13, 2017, 11:00 a.m., at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, where a viewing will be held prior to services from 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
