Karen Korrine is survived by her mother, Sherry Celaya; step-father, John Celaya; eldest brother, Brandon Camacho; eldest sister, Francis Gallegos, Mirayah Celaya; brothers, Kiefer Breidinger and Robert Brown; and father, Greg Breidinger and step mother Jessica Breidinger. When Karen was first born she was the sweetest, most quiet, carefree baby. The only thing that changed was the quiet part. Her life was an evolution into a beautiful young woman that we compare to that of a butterfly. She was said to be wise beyond her years and her innocence and compassion taught even the eldest persons a lesson. She was loved and adored by so many. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, and student. She was the "mini me" to her mother and is her lil' sidekick for life! Even during the fight for her life they spent endless nights "partying in the ICU." Her mother can attest to the fact that with Karen, laughter and jokes are endless. She was the youngest of five siblings, but we can all still say that she showed us through her steadfast compassion, intelligence, and humor, that "WE" have some big shoes to fill. Her cocoon, our community of friends and family, came together and showed their outstanding love for this beautiful soul who gently butterfly-kissed all their hearts, especially her best friend, McKenna Barney, and her boyfriend, Vincent Lao. Karen Korrine's evolution was far more breathtaking than that of a butterfly, and we all watched in awe and inspiration as she became a beautiful butterfly on May 26, 2014, at 6:35 p.m. She was the most beautiful sight to see all the way through her last breath. Her beauty and memory is now forever etched in our hearts. God bless you, my angel, our love for you can never be forgotten.
