Karma Jean Memmott Robertson

Karma Jean Memmott Robertson, passed away peacefully in her home in Tooele, Utah on Friday February 10, 2017 surrounded by the love of her family near and far. Karma was born May 12, 1932 in Scipio, Millard County, Utah to Samuel Paul Memmott and Bessie Ivie. She has 3 siblings Darla Joan, Cola Dawn and Craig Paul. Karma has lived a life of service and sacrifice as she put the needs of others above her own desires. Dedication to her family has been the hallmark of Karma's life, guided by her deep love of God, as she strived to live what she believed. Karma's family moved to Salt Lake City when she was 12 years old. A few years later at age 14, Karma was working at "Pat's" where she met Paul Henry Robertson. They were married on February 29, 1952 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. Together they had nine children; 23 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren. Karma loved her children dearly. She will be missed by those she left behind, but welcomed by Paul and their two infant daughters who preceded her in death, Cindy Lea and Darla Dawn. Karma is survived by her children Rory Paul (Lydia), Heidi ( Gregory) Johnson, Brett David (Jacqualyon), Kathy Lynn (Frank) Bistolfo, Martin William (Lalaine), Kenneth Scott (Carol), Daniel Ray (Dawn); sisters Cola Dawn (Alton) Larsen, Darla (Stephen) Fotheringham; and her brother Craig Paul (Marie) Memmott. The family would like to thank all of the doctors, nurses and care givers who gave so much time to Karma's care. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 14, 2017, 11:30 a.m. at the Tooele 29th Ward, 583 North 270 East with a viewing from 10-11:00 a.m. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
