Karma Tobler De Vries

Our sweet mom, grandma, and great-grandma passed away on October 11, 2018 at the age of 87, in South Jordan, Utah. Karma Tobler De Vries was born January 23, 1931 to Edward and Lula Viola Stucki Tobler in Ivins, Utah. She married Rudolph (Rudy)De Vries June 16, 1947 in Ivins, Utah, later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. She was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved her Savior, and had a very strong testimony. She served in many various callings. Her favorite job was that of a Mother. Hobbies were family, camping, boating and family get togethers. She is survived by sons Kerry E., Jeffery L. (Shanan); daughter-in-law Cindee; son-in-law Kurt Harrison; 15 grandchildren; and 36 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents; husband; sisters Verlene Derfler, Dixie Redmond; daughter-in-law Marilyn; son Kurt; and only 3 months ago, daughter Melody. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 20, 2018, 12 noon at the Paradise Ward, 1555 Lovely Rd. Taylorsville, UT. A viewing will be held before the funeral from 10:30-11:45 at the Paradise Ward. Interment, Murray City Cemetery. Services under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home.
