Dolores Jaquier

Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend Katherine Dolores Scott Jaquier,age 92, passed away October 1, 2023, at The Ridge Care Center Salt Lake City, Utah.

She was born July 4, 1931, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dolores was the oldest child of Ernest Easton Scott and Katherine Emily Sullivan Scott.

Married Raymond Marcel Jaquier on December 7, 1950, in the Salt Lake Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Temple. She was an active member of the Hilldales Park Ward. She served in many church callings throughout the years. She enjoyed teaching Relief Society lessons about the different countries of the world.

At the time of her passing, she was a retired Utah State Employee having worked 40 years as a Customer Service Representative for the Department of Public Safety Driver License Division.

She was preceded in death by husband Raymond Marcel Jaquier, brother Gary Scott, father Ernest Easton Scott Jr., mother Katherine Emily Scott, and many relatives and friends.

Survived by son Noren R. (Vickie) of West Valley, daughter Valerie (Delbert) of Salt Lake City. Also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren.

There will be a Graveside Service on Friday, October 13, 2023, beginning at 11:00 AM, at Lake Hills Memorial Park, located at 10055 South State Street, Sandy, Utah.
