Kelsey Gordon

Our dear Kelsey Gordon returned to her Father in Heaven on May 27, 2022, at the age of 41 after a long struggle with health challenges. Her family finds comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering.

Kelsey was born in Provo, Utah on April 23, 1981. She was raised with her siblings in the family home in West Jordan, Utah until the age of 18. She later lived at Utah State Developmental Center in American Fork, Utah. She was lovingly cared for by her staff and support staff there. Her family is eternally grateful for their care, love, and support on her behalf.

Kelsey loved hamburgers and French fries. She enjoyed music and would sing her favorites. She loved what she called “kid Movies” and almost wore out Pete’s Dragon from watching it over and over.

Kelsey is survived by her parents, Donald, and Ingrid Gordon; sisters Patrea Gordon and Tirsa Gordon Elmer (Jason); brothers Jaren Gordon (Jamie), Shefton Gordon (Lisa), Kyle Gordon; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

She is preceded in death by her sister Ansje Gordon Sundin (Ray); and grandparents.

“A celebration of her Life” will be held for family on Friday, June 3, 2022.
