Kimberly Jean Robbins

February 10, 1961 — January 26, 2021

Kimberly Jean Robbins, 59, of West Jordan, Utah, returned to the loving arms of her Heavenly Father on January 26, 2021.

Kim was born in Washington but spent the majority of her childhood living in Massachusetts until she was 13 years old, where she lived with her mother, Barbara and brother, Steve. She spent much of her childhood with her Uncle Bill, Aunt Betsy and cousins in Massachusetts. She often told stories of happy times living with Uncle Bill and Aunt Betsy, who she loved very much.

When Kim was 13, her mother met and married her father, Rick Hunlow, after Kim innocently invited him over for dinner. They moved to California and increased their family with the arrivals of Shara, Chris and Scharese. Kim loved her brothers, sisters and parents very much.

As a teenager, Kim was a cheerleader, drill team member, dance team member, color guard member, a gymnast, and was involved in many other activities. Kim also loved the arts. She graduated from San Dimas High School in 1979.

In 1979, Kim met her husband, Paul at Mount San Antonio College in Walnut, California at the Institute of Religion. They were married in the Los Angeles Temple shortly thereafter and have been sweethearts for 41 years.

Kim's desire in life was to have a family, children and grandchildren. That is what she wanted and that is what she did. She loved her children and grandchildren with all of her heart. She loved spending time with and giving gifts (and clothes) to her children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, and grand doggies. Kim also had many friends. She loved her friends. She was a very social person. She loved getting together and doing things. She was especially interested in the arts. She loved to sing and dance. Throughout the children's lives, she always had them in musical theater, dance classes, acting classes, singing classes, and many other things.

Kim also loved the gospel. She especially loved the children. Her favorite thing was to teach primary. Kim leaves a legacy of kindness, helpfulness and love. She lived to help and be there for others in their time of need.

Kim is survived by her husband, Paul Robbins; her children, Eric Robbins, Tahna Mazziotti and Becci Perry; sons-in-law, Jordon Mazziotti and Matthew Perry; her grandchildren, Tambriahna Mazziotti, Zander Mazziotti and Aria Perry; her father, Rick Hunlow and his wife, Jacki Hunlow; her brothers, Steve Hunlow and Chris Hunlow; her sisters, Shara Baruch and Scharese Payne.

She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Barbara Hunlow.
