"Where's My Camera?" Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, son and friend, Larry Ralph Fidler, passed away suddenly on September 8, 2011. Born June 13, 1947 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Clyde and Laura Ann Cassity Fidler. Attended South High School; served a mission in the New York City area. Graduated from Salt Lake Community College. Married Deanna M. Smith on October 11, 1974; she preceded him in death on May 19, 2007. Married Ruth Ahlstrom on August 31, 2007. He worked as a display designer at the U of U Museum of Natural History, as an artist at KSL and as a Civilian Clerk at Hill Air Force Base. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served faithfully in many callings. Larry loved painting, but realized photography was much easier. He was a skilled artist, woodcrafter, jeweler, typesetter, cachts creator and pottery maker. He made friends wherever he went. He always had a smile on his face and a kind word to say. He enjoyed being silly with his grandchildren. They were the light of his life. Being an artist, he appreciated and looked for the beauty in everything. He always had his camera with him and took lots and lots of pictures. Survived by his wife, Ruth; children: Matthew (Ruth), Nathan, Lindsay; step-children: Amy (Steve) Carbine, Shane (Dasja) Molis, Kristi (James) Brausch, Jennifer (Ryan) Kitterman, Blake (Jennifer) Molis, Todd Molis (Vanessa Majalca); 8 grandchildren: Myra Fidler; Camille, Tyson, Adam & Courtney Carbine; Jimmy & Peter Brausch; Lily Kitterman; brothers, Rex (Fay), George (Jeanne) and David.
