Leda Rae Everton Kilfoyle

Leda Rae Kilfoyle 1940 ~ 2012 Leda Rae Everton Kilfoyle, 71, our beloved, eternal wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, returned to her heavenly home while expressing love to her family on May 16, 2012. Leda s calling in life was being a wonderful, caring wife and mother of three children. She never forgot a family event and was always the first one to call and just say, Hi . Her favorite invention was the cordless phone. She loved her family vacations, family picnics and drives through the canyons. Leda could speak to anyone and didn t take long to develop close and lasting relationships. She is a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she was a valiant servant. Her testimony was shared with many and will live on forever. Survived by husband of 53 years, Jay Kilfoyle; children, Dean (Shirley) Kilfoyle, Deanna (Johnny) Lingmann, Darren (Kalena) Kilfoyle; 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 brother; 3 sisters; and extended family. Preceded in death by parents, Clarence J. Everton and Izora V. Wilde; Our family would like to thank Cozy Hospice and Carrington Court for the wonderful care of our mother. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 21, 2012, 12:00 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road where viewings will be held Sunday, 6-8 p.m. and Monday, 11-11:45 a.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
