It is with sad and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother Lorraine Lund, age 91 on Thursday June 21st 2018. Born June 10, 1927 in Salt Lake City to Frank I. and Dorothy Anderson Bridge. Married Leslie Gayle, November 24th 1946. Lorraine is survived by her daughter Geneal (Dave) Walk; grandson Brian Walk; and granddaughter Debra (Robert) Jones; great-granddaughters, Danielle (Shelby) Thompson, Veronica (Todd) Perry and Samantha Jones; and great-great-grandchildren Aaron and Peyton Lorraine Thompson. Preceded in death by the love of her life, Leslie Gayle; infant daughter Debra; her parents; brother Bob Bridge; sisters Jerry(Fletch) Fletcher and Pink (Lou) Brems. Lorraine had a love for traveling to most states with the motor home clubs Allegro Eagles and Wasatch Wagons, playing cards, bowling, golfing, fishing, hunting, camping, spending winters in Mexico and Yuma, Arizona but most of all, Lorraine's passion was her family with whom she shared her happiest moments. Graveside services will be held at 11:30, Wednesday June 27, 2018 at Mount Olivet Cemetery at 1342 East 500 South in Salt Lake City. Loved ones and friends may pay respects at McDougal Funeral Home at 4330 South Redwood Road in Taylorsville from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday June 26th and again at 10:00am on Wednesday June 27th at the mortuary.
