May 28, 1933 — January 24, 2017

Beloved Mom, Grandma, Great Grandma LuWanna passed peacefully surrounded by family, reuniting with her Eternal Companion Martin. They were married for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple on January 28, 1953. She was loved greatly by her family and many friends. She will be deeply missed. Her talents and abilities were many. She loved reading, poetry, music and flowers. She had great talent in crocheting, tatting, sewing, knitting, bead work, painting or anything she tried, but her greatest accomplishment was her family and the love they shared. She is survived by her children, Kay Barg (Steve), Boyd Black (Ann), Debra Johnson (Brett); six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren; two sisters; many in-laws; nieces; and nephews.
