Marcee Stewart 1973 ~ 2014 Marcee Stewart finished her mission here on earth on March 13, 2014, returning to her Heavenly Father and many loved ones, who celebrated her arrival. Marcee was born to Natalie Washburn and James R. Stewart on November 14, 1973 in Ogden, Utah. She graduated from West Jordan High, attended Salt Lake Community College and UVU. Marcee loved Winnie the Pooh, Eyeore, Tigger, music, movies, books, people and shopping. She had a strong testimony of her Heavenly Father and her Savior, Jesus Christ. After losing her mother at age 10, her father married Annette Lyman Stewart, who together raised, loved and cared for her. Preceded in death by her mother Natalie Washburn Stewart; grandfather William M. Stewart, grandparents Bill & Betty Washburn & grandparents Kenneth and Berniece Lyman. Survived by her parents; sisters Kathy Shumway (Vern), Julia Glade (Aaron), McKell Stewart, grandmother Bernice Stewart & many aunts, uncles and cousins. Special thanks for all the earthly angels who raised, cared and influenced her for good.especially to her good friend, Sean, who always found time for her. Thank you also to the special caregivers at Sandy Regional, Avalon Rehabilitation Center and the ICU Staff at St. Mark's Hospital who gave her great and loving care. Marcee had many challenges in her life and through it all, loved her Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. She is now with them, free from her trials. She graduated. Congratulations sweet Marcee. You will be missed. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 18, 2014, 11:00 a.m. at West Jordan Mtn. View Stake Center, 2901 West 9000 South. Friends may visit the family from 10:00-10:45 a.m. prior to the service. A viewing will be held Tuesday, March 17, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road.
