Mark Gibson Woodbury 1958 ~ 2012 Mark Gibson Woodbury, born April 1, 1958 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ethan Lambert and Janice Condie Woodbury, went home to many loved ones on May 4, 2012 surrounded by his family and friends. He fought valiantly for 29 days in the University Hospital and at Hunter Hollow Care Center. He had a genetic condition called Myotonic Dystrophy that caused a pneumonia which eventually took his life. An Eagle Scout with a Duty to God award, he graduated from Granger High School where he was active in music and sports, and lettered in golf and track. He attended Salt Lake Community College, receiving an Associate Degree in printing. Mark had a love of singing and was a member of the Mormon Youth Chorus. He served an LDS mission to Bristol England and Wales. His employers were Hercules, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Granite School District. He married Traci Livingston (divorced) and had a son, Cody. He married Patty Ash (divorced) and had one daughter, Abigail. Survived by parents; two children; three brothers: Scott (Jane) of South Weber, UT; Douglas (Lora) of Layton, UT; Kent (Ann) of Rose Canyon, UT. Special thanks for professional care and love at the University of Utah Hospital and Hunter Hollow. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 8, 2012, 12:00 noon at the Memorial Ward, 4251 South 4800 West. Viewing will be held Monday, May 7, 6-8:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Tuesday, 10:45-11:45 a.m. at the church prior to funeral services.
