Marsha Ann Bailey Bawden

Marsha Ann Bailey Bawden, beloved sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away August 6, 2014 after a valiant battle with breast cancer. Marsha was sealed in the Salt Lake Temple to her eternal companion, Don Jay Bawden Jr. on April 27, 1967. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served faithfully throughout her life. Marsha loved her family and found joy in serving others, painting, quilting, gardening, holidays and all aspects of her life. She will be truly missed. Marsha is survived by husband, Don; children: Donna (Morgan) Leppink, Jill (Richard) Gardner, Lora (Chris) Crosby, Emily (Jim) Cebrowski, Dirk (Alisa) Bawden, Katie (Jon) Hunter, Devin (Lacey) Bawden; 21 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; and 9 siblings. Preceded in death by her parents, William and Blanche Bailey; sister, Shirley Richards; grandsons, Collin Crosby and Andrew Leppink. The family wishes to thank Lily, Camille , Michelle and the staff of CNS for the loving care they provided to Marsha in her final hours. Funeral services will be held Monday, August 11, 2014, 11:00 a.m. at the West Jordan 27th Ward, 2666 West 7000 South. Viewings will be held Sunday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Monday at the church, 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South.
