Maureen R. Mackay Grandma Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away January 6, 2013 after a brave and courageous battle with several terminal illnesses. She went peacefully surrounded by her family. Born April 24, 1946 in Salt Lake City, Utah, daughter of Clarence Reginald and LaVon Poulsen Rasmussen. Married Robert Duane Mackay September 11, 1964 in Granger, Utah; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Maureen was a devoted, loving wife and mother for 48 years. She was an office manager for a local dentist for over 17 years, loved her job and enjoyed all of the patient interactions. She always knew someone everywhere she went. She served in multiple capacities in the LDS Church and enjoyed the comforts that her faith brought her. Survived by husband Robert; children Kimberlie Wadsworth, Robbyn (Bill) Skelton, Heidi Naupoto and Brandon (Liz) Mackay; 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Shannon (Allen) Culley. Preceded in death by parents; grandson, Bailey. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 12, 2013, 12:00 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road where viewings will be held Thursday, 6-8 p.m. and Friday, 11-11:45 a.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
