Melanie Peirce

Melanie Peirce, age 58, passed away on October 22, 2022.

Melanie was born in Murray, Utah, November 29, 1963 to James and LaWana Peirce. Melanie served her country in the Army from January 1, 1985 to January 1, 1987 where she received awards for her service.

She was welcome into Heaven by Mabel Durfee, grandmother; James Henry Peirce, father; LaWana Peirce, mother; Karen Ruth Peirce, sister; and Harold Peirce, brother.

Melanie is survived by her brother Alan (Cindy) Peirce; and her sister Christine DeHaan.

Melanie enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, hiking, and camping. She loved to travel. She loved her dogs and loved spending time with family. Melanie had a contagious laugh. Melanie was known for serving and taking care of others. She loved collecting American Indian Memorabilia.

There will be a Celebration of Life in the Springtime of 2023.

We will miss her greatly.
