Muzette Woolf Apgood died on October 17, 2022, in Midvale, Utah of cancer. On February 26, 1934, she was born and raised on a farm in Riverdale, Idaho. After graduating from Preston High, she worked as a telephone operator in Idaho Falls, a clerk in San Mateo, California and an office manager at the Olympus Clinic in Holladay, Utah. She married Leon Apgood on June 1, 1963, in Preston, Idaho. She enjoyed living in the city with Leon in San Mateo and Salt Lake City. She had a gift for creation by cooking up meals, her variety of famous Christmas Candies, her Alaskan garden, or one of her beautiful quilts. She loved traveling and camping all over the world. She was always thinking of others and shared her love with her nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.
She is preceded in death by her spouse Leon Apgood; her parents Sherman James Woolf and Thea Tate Woolf Poulsen; and her siblings Floyd, Sherry and Arlene.
She is survived by her siblings: Dale, Marvalee, Jane and Dennis.
A viewing will be held on Monday, October 24, 2022, from 11:00am - 11:45pm at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 S Redwood Rd, Taylorsville, Utah. Following the viewing, graveside services will be held at 12:00pm at Valley View Cemetery, 4400 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah. A family prayer will be given by her brother Dennis Woolf, and her nephew Keith Linam will dedicate the grave.
