Nina Mae Kuehn

Our dear mom and grandma, Nina M. Kuehn, passed away on June 13, 2018 in West Valley City, UT surrounded by her family. Nina was born November 9, 1926 in Declo, Idaho to Clyde and Nina Molyneux; she was the second of five children. Nina grew up working on her family's farm and later attended school in Twin Falls, Idaho. She was a strong independent woman who went off on her own and lived in several states before settling down in Kearns, Utah. She was married and later divorced to Wayne Kuehn and they had two children Jean and Jim. Nina worked hard as a single mother at Litton Industries for 28 years. She made many friends along the way that she shared many great times with. She loved to travel and visited many countries. Nina was an avid bowler and golfer, she hit her first hole in one in her 70's. Nina took pride and joy in caring for her beautiful yard which included a large a variety of flowers and shrubs which she loved to share starts of with others. Most of all she loved her family and she was always a great support to them all. She will be sadly missed by her son Jim Kuehn; daughter Jean (Gabby) Vigil; grandchildren, Teresa, Jennifer, and Gabe; great-grandchildren Ashley, Braden, Bailey, and Mikayla; her sister Lois Roberts; brothers Bill (Maxine) Molyneux, Marvin Molyneux, and Earl (Lorraine) Molyneux; and many nieces; nephews; cousins; and friends; and her constant companion Mugsy. Preceded in death by her parents; brother-in-law Gale Roberts; and sister-in-law Sally Molyneux. Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 16, 2018, 11:00 a.m., at Valley View Memorial Park.
