Norma Dickinson Talbot

December 30, 1924 — April 30, 2017

Norma was born in Panguitch, Utah, on December 30, 1924. She passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2017. Norma had been in bad health for the past number of years and at one point, was not able to be with her husband of 66 years upon his death. She passed quietly in her sleep due to complications from a number of accidental falls and in the end her lungs just gave out. She was surrounded by family at her home at the time of her passing. Her parents were Robert Lynn Dickinson and Geneva H. Murphy. She was a happy, very giving mother, grandmother, sister and wife. Forever the prankster, she was best known for her bright red lipstick. She will be missed by all who knew her and who had the privilege of interacting with her. Norma was preceded in death by her husband Marion J Talbot; her parents; 1 sister; and 2 brothers. She is survived by her four children, Marion Lynn Talbot, Gregory J Talbot, Woodrow Bryce Talbot and Chauna Pearl Pierce; 4 grand children, 9 great-grand children and one great-great-grandson; two sisters Lois Morgan of Circleville, UT and Carrie Archibald of Layton, UT. There will be a double memorial gathering in July, in Panguitch, Utah. At this time we will be memorializing both Marion and Norma. We want to extend our sincere and thankful gratitude to Aspen Ridge West in Murray for the excellent rehab care they provided and wonderful assistance in her last days. Also thanks to Brio Home Health and Hospice care over the years with both her and Marion. Thanks also for the assistance she received from Home Instead in home aids.
