Married Kathie Alice Kirkpatrick August 8, 1970. Preceded in death by mother, Betty Jean Benefield Smith. Still loved here by: his wife, Kathie; daughter, Tricia (Matt) Tanner; son, Josh; grandson, Tyrell; brother, Paul D.; and father, Paul R. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 23, 2013, 10:00 a.m. at the Deerfield Ward, 4322 South 5400 West.
