Patrick D. Jensen 1947 ~ 2013 Patrick Dana Jensen passed away peacefully July 23, 2013 due to liver failure. Pat was born February 12, 1947 in Long Beach, California to Fredrick Lisle and Vivian Maxine Wingo Jensen. He grew up in Kearns, Utah and graduated from Granger High School in 1965. Graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Utah State University. He loved sports, especially softball, in which he excelled, playing in several national tournaments and was a member of a state championship team while at USU. Pat enjoyed the outdoors and fishing with his family in Mexico and Strawberry Reservoir in Utah. He was a school teacher for several years; however, he worked in the automatic fire protection sprinkler business most of his working life. Pat was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and, after retirement, enjoyed being a temple worker at the Jordan River Temple. Pat is preceded in death by his father and mother. Survived by his daughter, Tiffany; brothers Fred (ReNae), Mark, Kim (Mia), Kelley (Paula), Chris (Lisa); and many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Saturday, July 27, 2013, 11:00 a.m. at the Salt Lake City Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home.
