Graduated from East High School Class of 58. Served eight years in the Marine Corps. Married Roberta Detmers August 4, 1961 and celebrated 52 adventure-filled years. His legacy is in building his home, both daughters' homes, and a cottage for his wife. He contributed much through his service with the Home Builders Association, Salt Lake County and Taylorsville City Planning Commissions and gained lasting friendships.
