Ranae Dorothy Pearson Burt

Ranae passed away Friday, December 16, 2016 in her home surrounded by family and friends. She showed great endurance and faithfulness through the difficulties during the last few years of her life. Ranae was born July 23, 1953 to George and Dorothy Christiansen Pearson in Salt Lake City, Utah. Ranae worked for the LDS Church for 28 years in the Family History Department. It was through mutual friends during Ranae's working years that she and David met. Ranae is survived by her husband David; brothers, Eric Pearson and Craig (Vickie) Pearson; her sister Diane (Phil) Cushing; 10 nieces and nephews; 10 grandchildren. Ranae loved her stepchildren as her own and each grandchild as they came along. Funeral services will be held, Thursday, December 22, 2016, 11:00 a.m., at the Prairie 7th Ward, 5360 West 7000 South, West Jordan. Viewings will be held Wednesday, December 21st, 6-8:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and again Thursday at the church 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
