Raymond Howard Reed

Raymond Howard Reed was born July 3, 1934 in Rawlings, Wyoming. Ray passed away March 16, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. He was an electrician in the Navy during the Korean Conflict. He married Elizabeth Betty Ann Gordon in July 1955. She preceded him in death in 2009. He owned and operated Reed Petroleum Equipment for over 20 years. Many of his employees are still working in the industry today. He is survived by his sons Gordon and Lonnie (Diana); daughter, Tawnya (Carl) Brewer; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Friday, March 20, 2015, 1:00 p.m. at Murray City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to be made in his name to the Utah Humane Society, 4242 S 300 W, Murray, UT 84107. Under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home.
