Rebecca Susanne Fidler Mantooth

Rebecca Susanne Fidler Mantooth was called back to her Heavenly Father unexpectedly on Sunday, November 27, 2016. Rebecca was born October 18, 1978 to Darrel and Nancy Fidler. Rebecca had an outlook on life that many leave behind in their childhood years. She was known for wearing bright colors and smiley faces that made people look twice and then break out in a smile. She loved helping others even when it was difficult to do so. She taught her nieces and nephews to enjoy glow sticks and sparklers. It went so far as to show them how to make glow stick accessories and even glow stick dresses to light up the night. Rebecca married Seth Mantooth in February 2013. Rebecca's greatest joy and achievement was her son Gavin Mark Mantooth. They were best of friends and they loved each other so much that it was seen in their eyes on a daily basis. Rebecca will always be remembered as a smile and a shoulder when ever one was needed. She is preceded in death by her father; and brother Mark. She is survived by her spouse Seth; her son Gavin; mother Nancy; brothers and sisters: Lewlyn, David, Ruth (Boone) Samuel, Jonathan, Mary Elizabth (Workman), Steven; and 28 nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 1:00 pm. in the Taylorsville 23rd Ward building, 4932 South 3200 West Taylorsville, UT 84129.
