Robert R. Hall

Robert R. Hall, husband father and grandfather, passed away unexpectedly on February 19, 2019 at the age of 56.

Robert was born to Jack Hall and Connie Smith on October 29, 1962 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He married and was sealed for time and all eternity to his forever sweetheart, Michelle Timpson Hall, on March 15, 1985 in the Salt Lake Temple. He graduated from the University of Utah in Chemical Engineering, and as such was meticulous as he strived and succeeded to make the best of life for he and his family. He was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a full-time mission as well as in various callings and positions throughout the church. Robert worked for more than 20 years as Vice President at ATA Services. He was always more than willing to go above and beyond to come to aid when called by family and friends. He was an excellent handyman, cook, traveler, and lover of the great outdoors. He could fix anything that was broken and was sure to make it perfect. He loved going on long trips and cruises with family and was an avid volunteer at The Hogle Zoo.

Robert will be lovingly remembered by his devoted wife Michelle; his children Marisa (Jared), Devin (Jackie), Ethan, and Kaitlin (Nate); as well as one beloved granddaughter Rachel; and many other friends and family.

Viewings will be held from 6-8 pm on Thursday, February 28th at McDougal Funeral Home 4330 S Redwood Rd, and on Friday, March 1^st from 10-10:45 am at the South Jordan Parkway Stake Center, 9894 S 2700 W. Funeral services will follow at the church at 11 am.
