Ronald L Williams

Our beloved hero, husband, father, grandfather and friend, Ronald Leonard Williams, passed away December 19, 2019.  He was born May 25, 1935 to William Leonard Williams and Ivene Roderick Williams.  He married his childhood sweetheart and the love of his life Patricia (Pat) M. Williams August 28, 1954.  They shared 65 years of all that life had to throw at them, with love and laughter. 

Ron is survived by his wife, Pat, his son, Robert (Carin) Williams, his daughters, Terri Williams, Lorri (Doug) Nordgren, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Farrell and Leon, sons Randy and Ronnie, and grand-daughter Joy. 

An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, softball, camping with his family, rain-dancing, water fights, stock car racing, and martial arts.  A member of the LDS church, scoutmaster, and special needs scout leader. 

My sweetheart will be greatly missed.  We love you a O.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 23, 2019, 12:00 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, UT. A viewing will be held prior to services from 11-11:45 a.m.  Interment will follow at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East 10600 South, Sandy, UT.
