Rosa Vigil Pacheco Guzman passed away Monday morning peacefully on July 24, 2017, with her family close by her side. Born February 25, 1941 and raised in Bingham, UT. Rosa was a devoted Mother, Wella, Sister, Tia, and amazing friend to all. She battled Dementia for years. Never killing the fire that burned deep within her soul, she lit up the room with a simple smile. Making you laugh by doing the most inappropriate thing you can think of. Rosa danced into the room and into our hearts. Fly high our angel and have fun causing a ruckus with the family and friends that you have waiting for you. She is survived by her 7 children, Yvonne (Casey) Apodaca, Verna (Jaime) Villasenor, Don (Pepsi) Pacheco, Lee (Nicole) Pacheco, Eckey (Nanny) Pacheco, Nana Pacheco and Mona (Rhonda) Pacheco; siblings, Elsie, Joe (Caroline), Anthony (Kris), Maryanne, Sammy (Linda), Marlo, Leroy, Marcia, Etrea and Orlando (Kathy); 17 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and 1 on the way. Rosa is preceded in death by her husband Cheto Guzman; mother Carolina Romero (Grandma Vigil); father Domecio Vigil; brothers Domecio Jr, and Emerson; and sister Lola. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 29, 2017, 12:00 noon, at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, where viewings will be held Friday, July 28th, 6-8:00 p.m., and prior to services on Saturday from 11-11:45 a.m. Interment, West Jordan City Cemetery.
