Rulon Clayton Fellows, age 85, passed away June 20, 2018 at home of natural causes. Born September 4, 1932 in Preston, Idaho to Lowell D. and Lila Clayton Fellows. Grew up in Preston, Arimo and Lava Hot Springs, ID. Graduated from Lava High School. Married Della Lavon Tillotson June 8, 1951 in Arimo Idaho, and later solemnized in Salt Lake Temple. Worked 40 years in the trucking/trailer business and was a member of the Machinists Union. Finished his career working for the LDS Church as member of the Taylorsville FM Group. He and Della together raised a family of nine children. Loved hunting, fishing, camping and was an avid Utah sports fan. Lifelong member of LDS Church serving in scouting, sports, teaching assignments and as ordinance worker at Jordan River Temple. Served a mission for the LDS Church with Della in 2000-02 at the Joseph Smith birthplace memorial site in Sharon, Vermont. Survived by wife Della; 5 sons; 3 daughters; 36 grandchildren; and 69 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by son Ricky; parents; 3 brothers; and 1 sister. Funeral Monday June 25th 12:00 noon at Paradise Ward Chapel 1555 W. Lovely Rd. Viewing Sunday June 24th 6:30 - 8:00 pm at McDougal Funeral Home 4330 So.
