"Together Again" Born the 5th child of Joseph and Barbara Garrett, passed away October 13, 2018 at the Seasons of Santaquin Assisted Living Center from too many birthdays. Thanks for taking care of Mom. Married Everett Hintze Mackay September 21, 1942 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Dad was then shipped off to England with the Army Corp of Engineers. Mom loved to paint with oils. Our homes are adorned with her paintings and needle point pictures. She is survived by children: Brent, Wayne (Marsha), Kay (Bob), Gary (Sandra) and Keith. She is also survived by her brothers, Ralph and Max. Preceded in death by daughter-in-law Sharon; brothers Ray, Mark, Paul; sisters Dora, Alice and Lois. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 20, 2018, 11:00 a.m. at Taylorsville 1st Ward, 4845 Woodhaven Drive (1365 W). Viewings will be held Friday, Oct. 19th, 6-8:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 S. Redwood Road and again prior to services at the church from 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Taylorsville Cemetery.
