Samuel Suazo 1920 ~ 2012 Samuel Suazo died July 16, 2012 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born July 13, 1920 in New Mexico to Crescencio Suazo and Vitalia Barela. Married Annie Martinez February 23, 1948. Served in the US Army during WWII. Survived by wife, Annie; daughter, Evelyn (Ruben Guerra); sister, Ageda Martinez; brother, Daniel Suazo, both of Colorado. Preceded in death by 2 sisters; 5 brothers. Soar with the angels, Daddy! Funeral services will be held Monday, July 23, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 4501 West 5215 South, where viewings will be held Sunday, 6-8 p.m., with Rosary at 7:00 p.m., and Monday at the church one hour prior to services. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park. Occupation:Cement Finisher
