Scott was called home May, 14, 2023, to be with his Heavenly Father and several members of his family; mom, Carol Blatnick; brother, Dennis Miller; maternal grandparents, Gilbert & Helen McMillen; and special cousin, Steven Nelson.

Scott was born November 23, 1960, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Carol McMillen.

Preceded in death by several family members.

On July 30, 1982, Scott married the absolute love of his life of 41 years, Cindy Darlene Hughes Miller. They created an awesome family including children: Kennadene (Kennee), Salinas (Anthony), Michelle Aguilar, Scott Jr. (Lee), Heather Hampton, Jessica Velasquez (Manuel), Melissa Miller, Carolee Kunz (Vancel Jr,), & Steven Miller (Mandy).

Scott has a total of 33 grandkids and 15 great-grandchildren.

His family was his pride from his wife to his kids and his grandkids and great-grandkids. They were always his pride and joy -- his best accomplishments of his life.

He was a very smart man. He knew everything about everything. Ask his grandkids. That's the 1st person they'd say to ask -- Gramps, he will know. That's one of the many things we will miss about him. That and his know-how to fix cars.

He was an awesome man, Daddy. He was the best daddy. Grandpa was the very, very, very best.

Scott, we will miss you more than you will ever know. You have always been our hero & always will be.

We love you more than words can say. Scott, thank you for being my very best friend. I love you forever and always; Your wife Cin.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 23, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road. A viewing will be hled from 9-10:45 a.m prior to the funeral service.

Interment, Valley View Memorial Park. 4400 West 4100 South, West Valley City.
