Steve John Vosnos

Steve John Vosnos 1933 ~ 2013 Steve John Vosnos, 80, of Magna, Utah, passed away peacefully at a care center in Nephi on August 8, 2013. Born June 14, 1933 in Magna, Utah, he was the son of John Theodore Vosnos and Alexandria Karidis Vosnos. Steve was a dedicated son, brother and friend. He was devoted to taking care of others. He particularly adored his mother and cared for her until her death. Steve was a spiritual man and a member of the Greek Orthodox Church. Steve was known as a hard worker. He was a farmer, served our country in the US Army, and retired from Kennecott Copper Company. Steve is survived by his brothers, Louis, George (Mary), Terry (Ida deceased), Archie (Christine); sister, Dorothy (Chris) Angelos. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Jimmy Vosnos and Billy Vosnos. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Funeral information as follows: Wake and viewing Sunday, August 11th, from 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, UT. Funeral service on Monday, August 12th, from 11-12 at Holy Trinity Cathedral, 279 South 300 West. Interment, Mt. Olivet, 1342 East 5th South.
