Suki was mother to Mike (Verla), Daniel (Renata), Tanya, Sandra (Larry). She raised her children with love and devotion in Korea and Sandy, Utah with her husband, Rudy Seipel. She has 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Suki met Rudy while working as a switchboard operator on the Army Base in Korea while he was serving our country in the Army. When his time was up, he came home and re-enlisted for three more years to go back and marry her. They had a love for each other for time and all eternity.
Suki worked for Intermountain Health for almost 30 years in the Radiology Department. She was loved by all she encountered at the hospital and enjoyed serving patients for all those years.
Suki was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served in many callings. She served in the church library for almost 20 years and as a temple worker in the Jordan River Temple for several years. She had the honor of meeting two LDS prophets during her lifetime. She worked in the same hospital as Russell M Nelson, and Thomas S Monson was the head of the Church Printing Center where her husband worked. She was truly blessed.
Her family, neighbors, and friends were a priority, especially when it came to her traditional Korean cooking. She loved to travel with Rudy. They traveled the world to many countries and cruised on many ships. She and Rudy loved the beauties of the world.
Suki was an extraordinary woman, celebrated for her strong-willed, outgoing nature, and her spunky, zestful spirit. With her grit and vigor, she navigated through many of life's challenges with unwavering resilience and a high spirit. When she set her mind to something, there was no question that she would make sure it happened. Her relentless drive and unwavering dedication to her family empowered her to overcome life's toughest trials. She was known by many for her strong will and determination and possessed a strength that could command any room. She deeply cared about her beliefs and her family and friends. She held an unshakable faith and held her beliefs near to her heart. Her magnetic personality was enchanting, drawing in anyone she encountered and making her irresistibly lovable. She possessed a magical ability to make those around her feel special, leaving a lasting impact on all those she met. Suki cherished what mattered most, dedicating her life to her family until her last breath on this earth.
