Tammara Olsen

Tammara (Tammy) Lanae Olsen, 60, passed away on May 29, 2024, in Bountiful, Utah.

Tammara Olsen was born on March 8, 1964 in Caldwell, ID, to Allen Kiester and Vicki Everett.

Tammara graduated from Glenns Ferry Senior High School and then moved to Utah.

Tammy married Richard Herron in 1981. The couple had 2 children, Amber Herron, of Salt Lake City and Christopher Herron, of Bountiful. Tammy later married John Olsen and had 2 children, John Jacob (JJ), of Bountiful and Dillon Olsen.

Tammy was best known for her amazing smile and beautiful thick hair, even though she was born bald according to her mother. Tammy lived an adventurous life to say the least. After many travels throughout the years, she made it back to Utah to soak up every minute with her grandchildren and family. Tammy had a way of making her friends feel loved, valued, and special. She will be missed by so many people. We find peace in knowing she is no longer in pain, fighting history, and is reunited with so many of her loved ones.

Tammara is survived by Allen Kiester (Patricia) - father, Vicki Everett - mother, siblings Rick Everett (Tina), Jodi Lemon (Ben), Raunde Thurgood (Burke), Miri Stevens (Phil), Kristi Everett, Greg Kiester (Laurie), Stacy Kiester, children Amber Herron, Chris Herron (Carri), John Olsen (Chanel), step-children, Nate Olsen, Nick Olsen (Jennifer), Nicole Olsen, grandchildren Gavyn Herron, Braxton Herron, Mason Herron, Oakley Herron, Dillon Olsen, Rayven Weil.

Tammara is preceded in death by her husband John Olsen, sister Gidget Leanda Claassen, son Dillon Olsen, grandparents Ardell and Faye Byington, Ruby and Howard Kiester, Betty and Jim Kent, uncle JR Kent, and stepfather Richard (Dick) Everett.

The funeral service for Tammara Olsen will be held Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 11:00 am at the LDS Stake House located at 3599 South Orchard Dr. Bountiful, UT.

Visitation/Viewing: Will be from 10:30 to 11:00 am prior to the service.

Burial: Bountiful City Cemetery, 2224 South 200 West Bountiful, UT.
