Timothy John Swick died peacefully on Saturday, December 9, 2017 in West Jordan, Utah as he held the hand of his beloved mother. He was born July,15, 1963 in Danville, Vermillion County, Illinois; the third of three children, son of Walter and Marie Swick. Tim was a Heavenly Spirit sent here to this earth and everyone who came in contact with himwas blessed. He was happy most of the time and loved to share his hugs with all who would lethim. Truly all who knew him were touched by his spirit and couldn't help but feel his love. Otherchildren had their teddy bears or blankets but Tim had his combs. At one time he had rubberbands on his combs which he put on and took off all the time. Later in life he got rid of therubber bands and just carried around 1-3 combs in his hand everywhere he went. With thosecombs he would lead the music from his pew, keeping beat with the music playing at church. Tim loved being in Primary at his Church (which was a class where children sang songs andhad lessons taught). The Primary children loved him and the teachers too. Little children lovedhim and enjoyed singing with him. It is important for all those children to know that if he didn'tget to go to Primary he was sad. He enjoyed them as much as they enjoyed him. Thank youfor your love you shared with him. Tim will be missed by his family most of all. He was preceded in death by his father, WalterSwick; his grandmother Josephine;grandfather Harry Swick, Sr.;his grandmother Leliaand grandfather Walter Cecil Hodges. He is survived by his mother, Marie Swick; and his twosisters, Debra (David Huron) & Cindy (Lee Glines). The family expresses a special thanks to the caring staff of Symbii Home & Hospice and to the wonderful teams of paramedics that assisted Tim many times over the past few years. With their help Tim was able to return home pain free surrounded by loving family members.
