Vivian Reed Lambert, age 80, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on February 7, 2016. She endured many illnesses with faith and courage that amazed those that cared for her. She was born November 1, 1935 in Elko, Nevada to John M. and Wilma Reed; stepfather later in life was Darrell Beck. She graduated from Spanish Fork High School. She was awarded a scholarship to Excelsior School of Beauty, She attended Salt Lake Business School, worked at various Day Cares and Preschools. She retired from Abbott Laboratories. For many years, she loved being the President of the PTA. She married her beloved, Richard G. Lambert in Spanish Fork, Utah November 20, 1953; later married in the Salt Lake City Temple, June 24, 1964. She was a devoted wife for 62 years and loving mother of 6 children, 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She took great pride caring for her husband, children and grandchildren. Many people will remember her fun sense of humor and genuine kindness to everyone. She was our Coach, Fantastic Bowler, Avid Jazz Basketball and WWE Smackdown Wrestling Fan (where she learned some of her best wrestling moves). She was a food and chocolate connoisseur. She had the voice of an angel and loved and cared for all types of animals. With a zest for life, Vivian never turned down any adventure. Survived by her loving children, Randy (Connie), Rick (Kelly), Reed, Rob (Shannon), Venetia (Mike) Frandsen; grandchildren, Jamie (Alex) Salazar, Jeremy (Staci), Christopher, Tyler, LaShelle, Rickilynn, Shelbee, Matthew, Mercedes, Austin Frandsen, Savanah Frandsen, Siarra Frandsen; great-grandchildren, Kadisen Salazar, Keaten Salazar, Kynley Salazar, Sydney, JR, Daniela, David, Dominic, Julian; siblings, Verna (Tom) Balog, Sheila Carter. Preceded in death by parents John M and Wilma Reed Beck and Darrell Beck; husband Richard G Lambert; daughter Sherieve Sue; sister, Shauna Walker; niece, Lisa Balog.
