Vyonne Beatty Manning Sorenson (84), passed away December 6, 2016 in Murray, Utah. Born October 25, 1932 in Kanab, Utah. Married Harold Gene Sorenson September 20, 1954 in the St. George Temple. She loved her kids and grandchildren. She loved to shop, to sing, to get her hair done, and she loved her roses. She always put everyone first. Survived by her daughter, Dawn Palei; and son Barry Gene Sorenson; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, Harold Gene Sorenson; son William Hans Sorenson; and son-in-law, Sepeti Mafi Palei. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2016, 1:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, where viewings will be held Tuesday, December 13th, 6:30-9:00 p.m. and again prior to services Wednesday from 12-12:45 p.m. Interment, Crescent Cemetery.
