Wallace Reid Dunbar We ll Miss You Wallace Reid Dunbar, 75, passed away from this life July 29, 2012. Reid was born November 5, 1936 to Wallace Eugene and Anna Amelia Dunbar in Preston, Idaho. After graduating from Preston High School, he continued his education at Utah State University where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Engineering. After college, he faithfully served a LDS mission to the Central Atlantic states. He married Loretta Mabel Anderson in the Salt Lake Temple May 21, 1965. Together they have three wonderful children. Reid was a member of the LDS Church where he served in many capacities. He enjoyed travel, drama and music. Above all he enjoyed counseling and validating people. He is survived by his wife, Loretta; children: Susan (Jeff) Hutchings, Kevin (Angie) Dunbar, Joanne (Matthew) Archbold; and 8 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Robert. The family would like to give a special thank you to those who helped care for him at the Beehive Homes of Magna and Affinity Hospice. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 3, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at the LDS Church, 3963 South Peachwood Drive (3480 West), West Valley City, Utah. Viewings will be held Thursday, August 2, 2012, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Friday at the church, 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
