Wayne J Walk 1927-2015 "Gone Fishing" Wayne J Walk, 87, returned to loved ones on January 7, 2015. He was born on September 24, 1927 in Grantsville, UT. He bravely served in the United States Army during the World War II conflict. He had a tremendous sense of humor, impressive work ethic, and love of fishing. He enjoyed having visitors and always ensured you left his home with candy. His stories, infectious humor, and loving personality will be deeply missed. Wayne is survived by his three children; Wayne (Kyong Sook) Walk, John (Charlet) Walk, Shannon Shanda; two step children; John (Mary) Adams, Jackie (Sunny) Adams; as well as many grandchildren, step grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 6 siblings, and his loving wife of 34 years, Marjorie. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 11:00 AM at McDougal Funeral Home on 4330 S Redwood Road. Friends may visit with family on Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and Tuesday from 10:00 to 10:45 AM at McDougal. Wayne will be buried with military honors at the Grantsville City Cemetery.
