William Earl Martin

William (Bill) E. Martin 9/9/32 ~ 12/27/13 It is with such sorrow that we bid farewell to our loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother. Bill was born September 9, 1932 in Hanford, CA to Emmett E Martin and Ethel L. Shepard. Bill served in the Navy during the Korean War. Bill married Nina Fitch and later divorced. He married his eternal companion, Bonnie J. Cleverly, in Reno, NV on July 24, 1970 and later sealed for time and eternity in the Salt Lake Temple. Bill worked for Ford Motor Company in Milpitas, CA and then later for Boeing Aircraft. Bill held many church callings, but his favorite calling was the nursery with his wife. Survived by his wife, Bonnie; daughters, Shaun (Carlos) Saldivor, of California, Jessica (Allen) Coates; sons, Troy (Shylo) Martin, Tony Martin; grandpa to James, Joseph, Tiffany Denny all of California; Sadie & Dakota Martin, Ryker Coates and 1 grandchild on the way, all of Utah; great grandchildren, Jessica Denny, CA; sister, Wanda Martin of Washington. Preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Richard and Edward Martin (California); sister, Gloria Lusk (Washington). Funeral services will be Friday, January 3, 2014, 12:00 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road where a viewing will be from 10:30-11:45 a.m. Interment, Utah Veterans Memorial Park.
