William Otto Moellmer

William was born April 4, 1940 in Rupert, Idaho, to Leah Emily McArthur and Otto Albert Moellmer. He married Lou Ann McCombs June 8, 1964, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He earned a PhD from UC Berkley and worked as an Environmental Scientist with the State of Utah. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he served in many positions including bishop, twice. Survivors include his wife; sons, William Andrew (Rachel West), William Eric; Matthew Albert and Jeffery Alexander (Mary Barrett); daughters, Heidi Trevino and Melinda Anne Moellmer; 18 grandchildren; brothers, Karl (Elaine Simmons) and John (Joan Thackery).
