Donna Mae Sparks Mickelsen Fausett

Donna Mae Sparks Mickelsen Fausett, beloved by her family and friends, passed away peacefully June 2, 2021.

Donna was born August 27, 1925, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Melvin and Emily Sparks. She married the love of her life, John Doyle Fausett in Ely, Nevada, October 12, 1947. She will always be remembered as a proud and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  She raised eight children and was an accomplished manager of several dry-cleaning plants.

She was preceded in death by husband John; and son Lonnie; mother; father; sisters Velma and June; and grandson Rodney.

Survived by children Tom, Gail, Judy, Robin (Marcy), Sandi, Bambi (Rick) and Randy (Connie); over 24 grandchildren; and over 40 great-grandchildren.

She was deeply loved, and we will truly miss her.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, June 10, 2021, 3:00 p.m. at Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South, preceded by a viewing from 1:30-2:30 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, Utah.
